The Scoop on Tickets
Tickets for all 2004 single games are available through the Tickets.com web site. Tickets for the general public
will be available in late June or early July.
Ticket prices are $47 - $91 plus surcharges.
Don't count on scalpers, as it has been reported the police have been seriously cracking
down on scalping practices at the games. Scalping of tickets at the game is illegal in California, so be
careful.
OFMA offers a diagram for single game tickets in relationship to price and location. Check their web site for more info.
There are several handy diagrams available on the web which show the Coliseum location
and seating sections:
If the game is not likely to sell out, you can wait until you get here and pick up
tickets at the Coliseum Box Office, located at the northwest corner of the Coliseum. There are no
convenience fees or handling charges at the box office, but they do not make any phone sales. If you want
to call the box office for recorded info on tickets and directions to the Coliseum, that number is
1-510-639-7700.
Hotel/motel Accommodations, Events, etc.
We now have a special deal with the Hilton Garden Inn Oakland/San Leandro. The hotel is
6 miles from the stadium and less than a mile from Ricky's Sports Theatre & Grill. Mention you are with
the Raider Boosters and you can get a special rate of $79/night. The address is 510 Lewelling Boulevard.
For reservations call 1-510-346-5533.
The Comfort Inn in Oakland has offered discounts in the past. The hotel is located at
8452 Edes, Oakland CA. 1-510-568-1500. The hotel is within walking distance of the stadium.
These hotels are just recommendations. Sometimes better rates can be gotten using other
web-based travel aids, e.g., ORBITZ and
TRAVELOCITY.
Another good resource for cheap rates on hotels, travel, etc. is

Local Maps
At either of these sites you can generate maps of Oakland or the surrounding area, then
zoom in or out, mark spots, add driving directions, print them out, etc. Both sites request that you
register, but it's free and allows you to save your maps for future access.

Tailgate Extravaganza
Finally, the event not to be missed before a home game is the Tailgate
ExtravaganzaTM, where you can meet in person many of those
same fellow Raider fans you've come to know on the Internet. A map on how to find this legendary
gathering is available on the Raiders Fans Home Page. You may want to print out the map and bring it with
you.
