Re: Presidential Proclamation

It is with immense pride, that I make my first
official Proclamation as your President of the
Oakland Raiders Internet Boosters. On this day
June 14, 1996, in accordance with the O.R.I.B.
Constitution, I, Michael R. Sandberg, do
hereby declare that the proposed Constitution
(v1.0) has met all criterias and standards as
voted by the O.R.I.B Founding Members, and to
which I now declare by the powers vested in me
as the official and legal Constitution of
the Oakland Raiders Internet Boosters.

milestone!
